As an Approved NeuChem Coach you will gain the knowledge, and credibility, of an approach developed using cutting edge scientific research. Combining neuroscience and coaching, NeuChem® creates fast, lasting change. Learn the NeuOsckar Model and provide transformative, one off coaching sessions to your clients. Once qualified, you will have the ability to target and support rapid change at an organisational level.

Learn how to encourage conversations about wellbeing and mental health in the workplace. Explore how to break down stigma, and engage people in fostering a positive culture – an environment where everyone feels able, and supported, to access wellbeing initiatives and support. Promoting the importance of monitoring our own wellbeing, and placing an emphasis on wellbeing mindfulness and scope of practice and boundaries, Wellbeing 1st Responders work to ensure that team members feel valued, worthy of support and know where to find what they need. This evidence based course uplifts the skills of Mental Health First Aiders, providing a deeper level of knowledge to enable them to contribute to a robust wellbeing culture within their team, empowering colleagues to proactively address wellbeing challenges.

Learn to apply the foundational neuroscience-based coaching principles from Wellbeing 1st Responder to your coaching practice. Use the NeuCHEm model and provide responsive, client centred wellbeing coaching support.

5 modules of online study

Delve into the essential skills, knowledge, and responsibilities of an effective coach or mentor. This course has a strong emphasis on understanding scope of practice and maintaining safe, ethical standards. It also provides an in-depth exploration of the NeuChem NeuOsckar model of coaching, equipping learners with a structured, evidence based - and brain friendly - approach to coaching and mentoring.

Once qualified you'll need either your License to Practice, or full membership, which grant you permission to use the concepts, knowledge, and trademarked materials in your work with clients.
