As a Cari Certified Trainer Consultant you will use knowledge of neuroscience to guide you in training employees to support their peers. You will learn how to train your students in light touch coaching skills that enable open and honest conversations in an ordinary or day to day setting. You will be able to judge what is and what is not confidential and guide your students in relation to their needs, concerns and learning in becoming a Wellbeing 1st Responder.
